Opinnäytteiden tiivistelmätietokanta

Jos palautat opinnäytetyösi paperisena, syötä sen tiivistelmä opinnäytetöiden tiivistelmätietokantaan. Tarvitset tiivistelmälomakkeen täyttämiseen tunnukset, jotka saat kirjastosta. Elektronisen opinnäytetyön tiivistelmää ei tarvitse syöttää tiivistelmätietokantaan. Elektroniset opinnäytteet löytyvät Theseuksesta (2009-) ja Doriasta (vuoteen 2009 saakka). Vuodesta 2009 ICT:n työt löytyvät Tekniikan ja liikenteen koulutusalan alta.

Abstract:
The purpose of the development plan was to clarify by means of questioners the image that have the 14-15 years old young people about catering - field. We have made the questioner to the 9 years gradual schoolchildren from the school of Pataluoto in Joensuu, and 8-9 years gradual schoolchildren from the school of Viinijärvi. 255 of them have answered the guestioners. The result of our research shows clearly the interest of young children on the profession of restaurant cook. Furthermore, the interest on catering field would have increased if they would have increasing information. It would be good to increase the co- operation between as well the schools and the workplaces as between the basic schools and the professional schools in order that current knowledge concerning the development of the field would profit to all of them. The most important factors influencing the choice of the young people’s professions are considered to be the image, their experiences and the information about the field. The well – know ness of the education in catering - field, which, according to our investigation, is moderate, should be increased.
