Opinnäytteiden tiivistelmätietokanta

Jos palautat opinnäytetyösi paperisena, syötä sen tiivistelmä opinnäytetöiden tiivistelmätietokantaan. Tarvitset tiivistelmälomakkeen täyttämiseen tunnukset, jotka saat kirjastosta. Elektronisen opinnäytetyön tiivistelmää ei tarvitse syöttää tiivistelmätietokantaan. Elektroniset opinnäytteet löytyvät Theseuksesta (2009-) ja Doriasta (vuoteen 2009 saakka). Vuodesta 2009 ICT:n työt löytyvät Tekniikan ja liikenteen koulutusalan alta.

Abstract:
Objective: To develop training programme which may be used to guide the personnel of small and me-dium sized enterprises in a practical way to identify dangers and risks, to prevent them and to improve the working- and fire safety and to improve working conditions and the working environment. Realization: The starting points for the realization of the study were the development trends and the pro-fessional requirements of the work both in Finnish and European society, to connect the safety into enter-prises process thinking and the points of view towards the adult education in both education- and educat-ing plan. Results: As a result of the study a four-part training programme was born. This programme gives the basic information and methods to improve safety and the working conditions. It presents also the main demands of the new law on working safety and with it is possible to update the enterprises main safety plans, which are stated in the law, and to make them tools for the continuous improvement and profitabil-ity. Conclusions and applications: The training programme supports the development work of the quality-, operating- and safety systems and produces meters for following and developing the working environ-ment.The training includes also national working safety-card education, which aims to develop the working safety on industries mutual working places. It also supports well enterprises other safety training and in-creases the level of knowledge on safety issues.
